RETURN POLICY

 

  • All return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the item in order for return to be processed.
  • All items MUST be returned new, unworn, in their original condition and with all the garment tags attached.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • All returns are for exchange only. No refund will be made. Due to the select nature of our merchandise, Samuel Dong regrets that we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges.
  • All discount sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. Items designated as Final Sale are not returnable or exchangeable. This includes ALL items purchased with any discount / coupon code.
  • All Flash Sale merchandise are FINAL SALE. They are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Each customer only could do one time return / replacement per item. Replacement shipping cost is a complimentary.

 

Defective / Wrong Items Shipped

 

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition / wrong item shipped, please contact us immediately.

  • Upon inspection , if items seemed defective / wrong items shipped, we will replace for the same item, subject to availability. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
  • If the items are not in stock we will refund back to the same form as original order payment method. Please note card refund may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

  • All gifts are exchangeable as a return. It MUST be returned new, unworn, in their original condition and with all the garment tags attached.
  • The value of gifts items will follow in the amount of the current selling price.
  • Customer is responsible for paying the cost of exchange shipping
  • SAMUEL DONG will try to accommodate an exchange request. However, our ability to process is based on product availability, which is not always guaranteed.
  • Each customer only could do one time exchange / replacement per item. Replacement shipping cost is a complimentary.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

 

  • We are pleased to offer our customers a one time price adjustment on the first markdown of full price merchandise, within 14 days of the original date. When you order a full price item and in 14 days period the item on first markdown then eligible for price adjustment. The different would be place to store credit to apply for your future order.
